Risotto With Baked Chicken & Sauteed Mushrooms
Ingredients: Risotto, baked chicken, mushrooms, sauteed onions, green onions, chicken stock, Parmigiano Reggiano, white wine, olive oil, seasonings.
Thaw casserole in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, cook for 45 minutes – 1 hour with the lid on. If cooked frozen, preheat oven to 350 degrees, and cook for 1 hour to 1 hour and 45 minutes.
